2. Application of These Terms

2.1. These terms apply to translation services ordered through our website, by email or through WhatsApp, unless different terms have been expressly agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.

2.2. Most of our services are provided to individual consumers. Where you are acting as a consumer, you benefit from the statutory protections provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.

2.3. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or otherwise affects any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

2.4. Orders placed by businesses or organisations may be subject to the additional provisions in Section 14.

2.5. These terms may be made available in English and Hebrew. Where there is any inconsistency between the versions, the English version is intended to govern the contractual interpretation, subject to applicable statutory requirements. 3. Our Translation Services

3.1. Languages and Services

We provide professional document translation services:

  • From Hebrew into English.
  • From English into Hebrew.

All translation work is undertaken personally by Elad Attia.

Our services include certified translations of official, personal, academic, legal, administrative and business documents.

3.2. Certified Translations

Every certified translation is accompanied by a Certificate of Translation, which includes:

  • A statement confirming that the translation is true and accurate to the original document.
  • The translator’s full name.
  • The date of certification.
  • The translator’s contact details.
  • The translator’s signature.
  • The translator’s professional stamp.
  • The translator’s ITI membership details.

The form of certification and delivery will depend on the service and delivery method selected.

3.3. Services Not Included

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our certified translation service does not include:

  • Notarisation by a notary public.
  • An apostille or legalisation.
  • A sworn translation where a particular jurisdiction requires an officially appointed sworn translator.
  • Legal advice or representation.
  • Verification of the authenticity or legal validity of the original document.

A certified translation is not the same as a notarised, sworn or apostilled document.

3.4. Acceptance by Authorities and Institutions

Our certified translations are prepared to meet the commonly applicable requirements of the UK Home Office and many universities and institutions throughout the United Kingdom.

However, requirements may differ between organisations and jurisdictions.

Some institutions may require certification by a translator holding a particular professional grade, such as MITI or FITI, or by a sworn translator, notary public or another authorised professional.

Elad Attia holds Associate Membership of the ITI.

You are responsible for checking the receiving organisation’s requirements before placing an order and informing us of any specific conditions.

We cannot guarantee acceptance of a translation by a third-party organisation where acceptance depends on that organisation’s rules or discretionary decisions.

This provision does not exclude our responsibility where we have failed to meet an expressly agreed requirement or have otherwise provided a service that does not conform to the contract.

4. Prices, Page Counts and Additional Copies

4.1. Translation Charges

Our translation charges start from £40 per page of the original document. The final price is set out in the quote we send you, according to the documents, their length and complexity, and the services you select.

The price includes:

  • Translation of the page ordered.
  • Preparation of the completed translation.
  • An opportunity to review the Completed Translation Proof.
  • Corrections required as a result of errors attributable to our work.
  • One final certified translation copy.
  • Digital delivery by email, where selected.

We are not registered for VAT, and VAT is not charged.

4.2. Delivery Charges

Digital delivery by email is included in the translation price.

Where postal delivery is selected, additional postage charges apply according to the weight of the documents and the postal service selected.

We post to addresses in the United Kingdom and abroad at the rates displayed in our order form. The same rates apply to every country, including the United Kingdom, subject to the availability of the selected service at the destination.

The postal options are:

  • Standard post.
  • Tracked and signed for.

The applicable charges are included in your quote.

Where the weight, size or destination falls outside the available postal pricing options, an individual quotation will be provided before any additional payment is requested.

4.3. Additional Copies

One final copy is included in the translation price.

Additional physical copies may be ordered at £2 per page per additional copy, plus any applicable postage charges.

4.4. Incorrect Page Counts

The Client is responsible for entering the correct number of pages requiring translation.

We check the submitted documents and page count before sending your quote, and the quote is based on the documents you uploaded and the details in the order form.

If, after payment, it turns out that further pages or material need to be translated, we will notify you before translating them and provide a secure Stripe payment link for any additional amount payable. We will translate only the material covered by the agreed payment.

4.5. Selected Pages

If you require only certain pages or sections of a document to be translated, you must identify those pages or sections clearly when placing your order.

We are not responsible for translating pages or sections that were not included in the agreed order, although we remain responsible for complying with the instructions that were actually agreed.

Any request to translate additional material may require a separate payment.

5. How the Ordering and Translation Process Works

Our online ordering process consists of four main stages.

Step 1. Upload Your Document

Upload a clear scan or photograph of the document requiring translation.

You must specify the number of pages, any particular pages to be translated, your preferred delivery method and any additional instructions.

Before sending the form, you can review and correct the information you entered. If anything needs to change after that, tell us before you accept the quote.

Step 2. Receive a Quote and Pay Securely by Card

After completing the order form, Elad will review your documents and email you a quote within up to 3 working days. No payment is taken when you send the form.

The quote is valid for 7 days. Within that time you can pay it, or reply to the quote email with any question. To proceed, you accept the quote, and you may expressly request that translation work begins during the statutory 14-day cancellation period. You are then directed to our secure Stripe payment page, and payment is made in full.

The contract is formed when your payment is successfully processed and your order is accepted.

An order confirmation containing the relevant contractual information will be sent by email before work begins.

Once the order has been confirmed and early commencement has been authorised, Elad will begin preparing your translation.

Step 3. Review Your Completed Translation

Once the translation work has been completed, we will send you a Completed Translation Proof by email.

The document will display the watermark: INVALID TRANSLATION

This watermark identifies the document as a review copy and indicates that it must not be submitted as the final certified translation.

The translation work itself has already been completed at this stage.

The purpose of the Completed Translation Proof is to allow you to verify that the information has been accurately reproduced, including:

  • Names and surnames.
  • Dates of birth, marriage, issue and expiry.
  • Passport and identification numbers.
  • Reference numbers.
  • Addresses and place names.
  • Numerical information and other important details.

If you identify an error or discrepancy, please notify us so that any necessary corrections can be made.

The review stage is not a separate translation service. It is a verification stage following completion of the substantive translation work.

Step 4. Receive Your Final Certified Translation

Following your review and any required corrections, we will prepare your final certified translation.

The final document will be supplied without the “INVALID TRANSLATION” watermark and will include the agreed Certificate of Translation.

Where digital delivery has been selected, the documents will be sent by email.

Where postal delivery has been selected, the signed and stamped documents will be dispatched to the address provided.

Important: Completion of the translation work at Step 3 is distinct from full performance of the contract where the order also includes certification, final preparation or delivery obligations. This distinction is relevant to your statutory cancellation rights, as explained in Section 10.

6. Translation Timeframes

Turnaround: up to 7 working days

We make every effort to deliver professional, accurate, high-quality translations within up to 7 working days of the order being confirmed and all the documents we need being received.

The time needed can vary with the amount of documents, how complex the content is, the language of the translation and any special requirements, such as certification of the translation, a handwritten signature or rubber stamps.

Where more time is needed, we will let you know in advance and try to agree a delivery date that suits you.

Need a translation urgently? Contact us before you order and we will check whether an express service is possible, depending on availability and the documents.

Please note: the preparation time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, closure days or postal delivery time, where posting is needed. The final delivery date is set according to the order details.

6.1. Our standard translation turnaround time is up to 7 working days from receipt of payment and all documents and information necessary to perform the translation.

6.2. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays.

6.3. The time required to complete a translation may vary according to:

  • The number of pages.
  • The amount of text.
  • The complexity of the document.
  • Specialist terminology.
  • Formatting requirements.
  • Any additional services requested.

6.4. The time taken by the Client to review the Completed Translation Proof or provide requested information is additional to the translation processing time.

6.5. Where postal delivery is selected, postal transit time is additional to the time required to prepare the translation.

6.6. If you have a specific deadline, you should inform us before placing your order or include the deadline in the order form.

6.7. If we determine before commencing work that we cannot meet an agreed deadline, we will inform you. You may decline the revised timeframe and receive a full refund before work begins.

6.8. If unexpected circumstances arise after work has commenced, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable and discuss the available options. Your statutory rights concerning delayed performance remain unaffected.

Legal reference: Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sections 50 and 52.

7. Your Responsibilities

To enable us to provide an accurate translation, you agree to:

7.1. Supply clear, complete and legible documents.

7.2. Provide the correct number of pages and identify the material requiring translation.

7.3. Provide accurate instructions regarding the intended purpose of the translation.

7.4. Inform us of any special certification, formatting or institutional requirements before placing your order.

7.5. Where relevant, provide the spelling of names as they appear in a passport or other supporting official document.

7.6. Review the Completed Translation Proof carefully, particularly names, dates, identification numbers and other personal details.

7.7. Notify us of any identified errors or discrepancies.

7.8. Ensure that you are legally permitted to provide the documents and personal information submitted for translation.

Document Authenticity

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a document has been falsified, unlawfully altered or is intended for an unlawful purpose.

Where an order is discontinued, any refund or charge for services already supplied will be determined in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

We will not knowingly make changes that misrepresent the content of an original document.

8. Payment Methods and Security

8.1. Payment is made in full by card through Stripe after you accept our quote, before work begins.

8.2. Card payments are processed using Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure.

8.3. We do not store your complete payment card details on our website.

8.4. Where an additional payment is required because of an agreed change to the order, we will provide a secure Stripe payment link.

8.5. No additional charge will be made without your authorisation.

8.6. If you do not accept and pay a quote, no translation order is formed and no payment is due.

8.7. Any documents uploaded as part of an unpaid or abandoned order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Delivery of Completed Translations

9.1. Digital Delivery

Where digital delivery is selected, the final certified translation and accompanying Certificate of Translation will be sent as PDF documents to the email address provided when ordering.

Digital delivery is included in the translation price.

The final documents will not carry the “INVALID TRANSLATION” watermark.

9.2. Postal Delivery

Where postal delivery is selected, the final translation will be printed, signed and stamped as appropriate and sent to the postal address provided by the Client.

Postal charges will be confirmed before payment.

The Client is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

9.3. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If a postal translation is lost or damaged before it reaches you, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where the loss or damage occurs before delivery and is our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement without additional charge.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights concerning delivery or the risk of loss.

9.4. International Deliveries

International postal services are subject to destination restrictions, carrier availability and local delivery conditions.

Where a selected service is unavailable to a destination, we will contact you to discuss an alternative and any applicable change in cost before proceeding.

10. Your Right to Cancel

10.1. If You Do Not Accept or Pay a Quote

Sending the order form does not place an order or create any obligation to pay. If you do not accept and pay a quote, no order will be placed and you will not be charged.

Documents uploaded with a request are automatically deleted if no quote is sent within fourteen (14) days, or if a quote is not paid within seven (7) days of being sent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2. Your Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, a consumer who purchases translation services remotely generally has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after the day on which the contract is made, without providing a reason.

For website orders, the contract is formed when payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.

The statutory cancellation period begins from the date of the contract, not from the date on which the translation or final certified document is delivered.

10.3. Requesting Immediate Commencement

We understand that many customers require their translations promptly.

For this reason, our order process allows you to expressly request that Elad begins the translation before the statutory cancellation period has expired.

The consent wording is:

“I expressly request that Elad Attia begins my translation before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period. I understand that if I cancel after work has started but before the contracted service has been fully performed, I may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already supplied, in accordance with the law. I acknowledge that once the entire contracted service has been fully performed, including certification and final delivery where included in my order, I will lose my statutory 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect my statutory rights if the translation is defective or the service does not meet the agreed requirements.”

Your request for early commencement and acknowledgement of the potential loss of cancellation rights will be recorded as part of the order.

Requesting immediate commencement does not, by itself, remove your right to cancel while the contracted service remains incomplete.

10.4. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before Elad has commenced the translation, you will receive a full refund.

No cancellation fees, administrative charges or payment processing fees will be deducted.

10.5. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If you cancel after translation work has commenced, but before the contracted service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already supplied.

This applies where the statutory conditions concerning your express request for early commencement and the required cancellation information have been satisfied.

The charge will reflect the services actually supplied up to the time we receive your cancellation notice, relative to the total contracted service.

Relevant factors may include the amount of translation completed, professional review, formatting and other work included in your order.

We do not impose automatic daily cancellation penalties.

Any remaining balance to which you are entitled will be refunded.

10.6. Cancellation After Receiving the Completed Translation Proof

When you receive the Completed Translation Proof marked “INVALID TRANSLATION”, the substantive translation work has already been completed.

The proof is sent solely to allow you to verify factual information before the preparation of the final certified translation.

Where your order includes certification, final document preparation or other outstanding obligations, the contract may not yet have been fully performed.

If you exercise a statutory cancellation right at this stage, the proportionate amount payable may reflect the substantial translation work already completed and any other services supplied, relative to the full contracted service.

However, receipt of the Completed Translation Proof does not automatically extinguish your statutory cancellation rights where contractual obligations remain outstanding.

10.7. Cancellation Following Full Performance

Once the entire contracted service has been fully performed, the statutory 14-day right to cancel will cease to apply, provided that:

  • You expressly requested commencement during the cancellation period; and
  • You acknowledged in advance that you would lose the right to cancel once the service had been fully performed.

Where certification, signing, stamping, final document preparation or agreed delivery obligations form part of the contract, full performance requires the completion of those obligations.

Following full performance under the applicable statutory conditions, changing your mind or deciding not to use the translation does not, by itself, give you a statutory right to cancel.

This does not affect your rights if the translation is defective, inaccurate or otherwise fails to comply with the contract.

10.8. If You Prefer to Wait 14 Days

If you do not wish the translation to commence until the statutory cancellation period has expired, please contact us before accepting your quote.

We can arrange a later commencement date and confirm the applicable timeframe.

10.9. How to Cancel

You may cancel by sending us a clear statement communicating your decision.

You can contact us by:

You may use the model cancellation form below, but you are not required to do so.

Sending your cancellation notice before the applicable cancellation period expires is sufficient to meet the statutory deadline.

10.10. Refunds Following Cancellation

Where you are legally entitled to a refund following cancellation, we will process it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment card, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

No Stripe fees, refund processing fees or administrative charges will be deducted from a refund to which you are legally entitled.

Where delivery charges formed part of the order, they will be reimbursed to the extent required by Regulation 34. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option expressly selected by you may not be refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery service offered.

Any proportionate charge lawfully payable for services already supplied will be calculated in accordance with Regulation 36.

10.11. Model Cancellation Form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your contract. You may also cancel by sending a clear message without using this form.

To: Elad Attia, Elad Attia Translation Services, Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Email: contact@eatranslations.co.uk

I hereby give notice that I wish to cancel my contract for the supply of the following translation service:

  • Description of service: ________
  • Ordered and paid on: ________
  • Order number (if available): ________
  • Name: ________
  • Address: ________
  • Signature (only if sent on paper): ________
  • Date: ________

Legal references: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulations 29 to 32, 34 and 36, and Schedule 3.

11. Corrections and Amendments

11.1. Corrections to the Completed Translation Proof

Before receiving the final certified translation, you will be given the opportunity to review the Completed Translation Proof.

You should check names, dates, numbers and other personal details carefully.

Where an error, omission or inaccuracy is attributable to our translation work, we will make the necessary correction without additional charge where required by law.

11.2. Corrections After Final Delivery

If you identify an error in the final translation that is attributable to our work, please notify us.

As an additional customer service commitment, we offer free correction of such errors reported within 30 days of final delivery.

This 30-day period does not limit your statutory rights, which may continue beyond that period.

11.3. Changes Requested by the Client

Requests for changes not arising from an error in our work may incur additional charges.

Examples include:

  • Changing previously confirmed spelling or transliteration where the original translation was accurate.
  • Adding information not contained in the source document.
  • Replacing the original document with an amended version.
  • Translating additional pages.
  • Requesting new formatting or other services not included in the original order.

We will inform you of any proposed charge before carrying out additional work.

11.4. Supporting Documents

Where necessary, we may request supporting documentation to verify the correct spelling of names or other personal information.

We will not knowingly alter a translation in a manner that misrepresents the source document.

11.5. Document Retention

Uploaded documents are ordinarily deleted 30 days after completion of an order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

After deletion, we may ask you to provide the original document again if you request further corrections or additional work.

This retention arrangement does not limit any statutory rights or any legal obligation to retain necessary business records.

12. Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be performed with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with legally binding information supplied about the service.

Where no specific time for performance has been agreed, the service must be performed within a reasonable time.

12.1. Repeat Performance

If the translation service does not comply with the contract, you may be entitled to require repeat performance.

Where repeat performance is required by law, we must carry out the necessary work:

  • Without additional charge.
  • Within a reasonable time.
  • Without causing you significant inconvenience.

12.2. Price Reduction

Where repeat performance is impossible, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate reduction in price.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a partial or full refund.

12.3. Refunds for Defective Services

Where a refund is due under Section 56 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it will be provided without undue delay and within 14 days beginning with the day on which we agree that you are entitled to the refund.

It will normally be made using the original payment method, without a refund fee.

12.4. Rejection by a Receiving Organisation

If an organisation refuses to accept your translation because of an error attributable to us, a missing certification element that we agreed to provide, or another failure to meet our contractual obligations, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.

If a translation is rejected because the receiving organisation requires a service or professional qualification that we did not agree to provide, such as notarisation, an apostille, sworn translation or a different level of professional accreditation, rejection alone will not automatically entitle you to a refund.

However, this provision does not exclude any remedy available where we failed to exercise reasonable care and skill, provided misleading information, or failed to meet an agreed requirement.

You should therefore check the receiving organisation’s requirements before placing your order.

For further information about consumer rights, visit Citizens Advice or the relevant consumer advice service in your jurisdiction.

13. Our Responsibility for Loss

13.1. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, where liability arises under applicable law.

13.2. Loss is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence of the breach or where it was within the reasonable contemplation of both parties when the contract was made.

13.3. We are not generally responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

13.4. We are not responsible for problems caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Client, except to the extent that our own breach of duty contributed to the problem.

13.5. The Client’s approval of a Completed Translation Proof does not exclude liability for errors or defects for which we are legally responsible.

13.6. Where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect performance, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption. Your rights concerning delay, non-performance and available remedies remain unaffected.

13.7. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

13.8. Nothing in this section excludes or restricts your statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Business Customers

14.1. Business Orders

Where you purchase translation services wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, you may be treated as a business customer rather than a consumer.

The statutory 14-day consumer cancellation right described in Section 10 does not generally apply to business-to-business contracts.

14.2. Cancellation of Business Orders

Business orders may be cancelled in accordance with any cancellation terms expressly agreed before confirmation of the order.

Where no contractual right of cancellation exists, a request to cancel will be considered in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

14.3. Business Liability

To the extent permitted by law and subject to any applicable requirement of reasonableness, we do not accept liability to business customers for indirect or consequential commercial loss, loss of profit or loss of business arising from the provision of our services.

Subject to applicable law and the requirement of reasonableness, our total contractual liability for an individual business order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

These limitations shall not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Legal reference: Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, as applicable, including the statutory reasonableness requirements.

15. Confidentiality and Personal Data

We understand that documents submitted for translation may contain confidential, personal or sensitive information.

We take the confidentiality of documents and the protection of personal data seriously.

15.1. Confidentiality

Documents and information provided to us will be handled confidentially and used for the purposes of providing the translation service and related lawful business activities.

15.2. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, where applicable.

15.3. Personal Information About Other Individuals

Where documents contain personal information about third parties, you should ensure that you are entitled to provide the information for translation.

We will process such information in accordance with our applicable legal obligations and the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

15.4. Privacy and Cookies

For information concerning the collection, use, storage, retention and protection of personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.

For information about cookies and similar technologies, please read our Cookie Policy.

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

16.1. Making a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us by email, WhatsApp or post using the contact information in Section 1.

Please explain the issue and provide your order number, where available.

16.2. Our Response

We will acknowledge or respond to complaints within five (5) working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

Where additional time is reasonably required, we will explain the reason for the delay and provide an update.

16.3. Independent Consumer Advice

If your complaint remains unresolved, you may obtain independent consumer advice from:

16.4. Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are not committed to using a particular alternative dispute resolution scheme.

Where a dispute remains unresolved and a suitable alternative dispute resolution process is proposed, we will consider whether to participate and provide the information required by applicable law.

16.5. Professional Conduct

Concerns regarding professional conduct may also be referred to the Institute of Translation and Interpreting, subject to its applicable complaints procedures.

Nothing in this section prevents you from pursuing any legal remedy available to you.

17. Changes to These Terms

17.1. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our services, operating procedures or other relevant circumstances.

17.2. The terms applicable to an order will ordinarily be those in force when the contract is made, unless a change is expressly agreed or required by applicable law.

17.3. Changes to the website terms will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights arising under an existing order.

17.4. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the beginning of this document.

18. Other Important Contractual Terms

18.1. Transfer of Rights and Obligations

We will not transfer our contractual obligations to another service provider without your agreement where such agreement is required.

You may not transfer your contractual rights to another party without our agreement, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

18.2. Third-Party Rights

Unless otherwise provided by law or expressly agreed, the contract is intended to create rights and obligations between the Client and Elad Attia Translation Services.

18.3. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be treated as ineffective to the extent necessary, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18.4. Failure to Enforce a Right

A delay or failure to enforce any contractual right shall not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.

18.5. Entire Agreement

The contractual agreement consists of these Terms of Service, the confirmed order details, the agreed description of the service and any additional terms or requirements expressly agreed in writing.

Nothing in this provision excludes or restricts the effect of pre-contractual information that is legally binding under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

19.1. Elad Attia Translation Services is based in Northern Ireland.

19.2. Subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, these Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Northern Ireland.

19.3. Legal proceedings may be brought before the courts of Northern Ireland, subject to the applicable rules concerning jurisdiction.

19.4. Where you are a consumer residing in England, Wales or Scotland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

19.5. Where you are a consumer residing outside the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms deprives you of any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19.6. Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising a right or remedy available under applicable law.
